The best mockup generators in 2026, compared

There is no single best mockup generator. Placeit is huge for T-shirts, Pacdora for box dielines, Rotato for animated 3D devices. This list puts seven tools side by side, so you can pick by the job you have.

We make HiMockup, so it is on the list. Everything about the other tools is taken from their own websites, and we say where each one is the better choice.

1. HiMockup

HiMockup puts real 3D cans, bottles, pouches and boxes into photographed places, next to phones, laptops, posters and billboards. One design fills every scene at once, and exports come as stills up to 4K, social formats and video loops. It has no T-shirts or apparel and no dieline generator.
